The American Mental Health Foundation celebrates ADA becoming law on this date, July 26, 1990, 36 years ago. This landmark civil-rights legislation was signed by President George H. W. Bush. The American Mental Health Foundation is dedicated to the welfare of individuals who have benefited from ADA, which set the standard for the world.
